1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are credited to the customer’s QuickPick wallet and can be used for future transactions on the platform.
  • Refunds are not issued to bank accounts or other payment methods, unless explicitly required by law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Order Cancellation:

  • If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the order is canceled after dispatch, a partial refund may be issued at QuickPick’s discretion.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items:
  • If the delivered order contains incorrect or missing items, QuickPick will investigate the issue and issue a refund if the claim is validated.
  • Non-Delivery:
  • If an order is not delivered due to issues attributable to QuickPick or its Business Partners, you may receive a full refund.
  • Damaged Items:
  • If items are delivered in a damaged condition, refunds will be issued upon verification of the claim, typically requiring photo evidence.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued for the following:

  • Customer errors, such as providing an incorrect delivery address.
  • Delays caused by factors outside QuickPick’s control, such as natural disasters, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of goods where QuickPick acted only as the facilitator (e.g., meal taste or grocery quality). Customers should contact the respective Business Partner for such disputes.

4. Process for Requesting Refunds

  2. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to QuickPick’s support team through the platform within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Provide Details: Include your order number, issue description, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).
  4. Resolution Time: QuickPick will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your wallet immediately after resolution.

5. Wallet Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to your QuickPick wallet and can be used exclusively for future purchases on the platform.
  • Wallet credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

6. Changes to This Policy
QuickPick reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform and will apply to transactions made after the policy is updated.
