Welcome to QuickPick! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickPick’s delivery services, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Definitions

  • "QuickPick" refers to the platform facilitating connections between Customers and Business Partners for the delivery of goods or services.
  • "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using QuickPick’s platform to place orders.
  • "Business Partner" refers to businesses or vendors offering goods or services through QuickPick’s platform.
  • "Service" refers to the facilitation of delivery and connections between Customers and Business Partners.


2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or placing an order.
  • Agree to abide by these Terms.


3. Use of Services

  • Platform Role: QuickPick provides a platform to connect Customers with Business Partners offering goods or services. QuickPick does not manufacture, sell, or control any of the goods or services provided by Business Partners.
  • Vendor Compliance: QuickPick ensures that all Business Partners comply with applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards. However, the ultimate responsibility for the goods or services lies with the Business Partners.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the suitability of their chosen goods or services.
  • Prohibited Items: QuickPick prohibits the delivery of illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.


4. Payment

  • Payments made through the QuickPick platform are collected on behalf of the Business Partner providing the goods or services.
  • QuickPick facilitates payment processing but is not responsible for disputes related to the quality or condition of goods or services.
  • All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law or QuickPick’s refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel orders within a specified period after placement. Charges may apply for late cancellations or dispatched deliveries.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at QuickPick’s discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.


6. Liability

Limited Role: QuickPick acts solely as a facilitator connecting Customers with Business Partners. QuickPick does not control or guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or availability of goods or services offered by Business Partners.

Liability Disclaimer: QuickPick is not responsible for: 

  • Issues with goods or services provided by Business Partners.
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond QuickPick's control.
  • Commitment to Standards: QuickPick strives to partner with reputable businesses and address customer concerns promptly to maintain service quality.


7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By using QuickPick, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • For Business Partners: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to product quality and safety standards.
  • For Customers: Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities or attempts to bypass platform policies, is strictly prohibited.


9. Intellectual Property
All content on the QuickPick platform, including trademarks, logos, and text, is the property of QuickPick or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. QuickPick does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property as part of these Terms.

10. Amendments
QuickPick reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
 


11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Liberia.
